Adult Supervision Required
- Children are naturally playful at birthday parties, so an adult’s presence is essential and a must for safety and fun.
Socks Required at All Times
- Socks keep feet warm and minimize the risk of slipping while playing. You must always wear socks while in the play area and party room.
Snacks and Decorations
- Leo’s Playland offers delicious snacks and colorful decorations. You may not bring your own cake, snacks, or decorations to the party or afterward.
Cancellations
- You can easily cancel your party online 14 days before the party date. For later cancellations, please contact our customer service via email at hello@leoslegeland.dk at least 2 business days before the party date. In case of illness, you can contact the playland directly via email or phone.
Allergies and Other Considerations
- Please let us know about any allergies or special needs in advance so we can ensure a successful party for everyone. You can inform us about these when booking or at least 5 days before the party date.
Minimum Number of Children
- On Saturdays and Sundays, there must be at least 8 children at the party, and 7 children on weekdays. Parties are also possible with a smaller group, but the price is based on the minimum required number.
Surprise Gift
- The party’s surprise gift is not suitable for children under 3 years old.
